YH  Reverse domed slotted series bursting disc

On the clamping surface of the bursting disc, there is an annular slot available. When the bursting disc loses stability and rapidly turns over due to over pressure, it shall break along the slot around the clamping surface to realize the purpose of
bursting and pressure relief. Depending on the special design structure, this series of bursting disc devices can relieve the over pressure or vacuum under the extra-low-pressure condition.

Product Parameters

Applicable to gas and liquid mediums.
Operating pressure ratio 90%.
After bursting, there are no fragments and it can be used with safety valve in series connection.
It is anti-fatigue. It can be used for the occasion with pulse pressure.
A bracket is added on the convex side of the rupture disc to guarantee that rupture disc works normally under high back pressure.
An open seam is added on the convex side of the rupture can realize bidirectional blasting with bidirectional protection.
YJS common type and pre-tightening type clamp holders are used with YH rupture disc

YHT Type: Based on the YH type rupture disc, with added backpressure support. Ensures proper operation of the rupture disc under high backpressure conditions.
Specifications, burst pressure range, and tolerances for YHT type are identical to YH type.

Note: Since the backpressure support does not rupture simultaneously with the disc, it may reduce the effective venting area. For vacuum backpressure supports, the venting area is approximately 75% of the nominal bore area (the venting area decreases with increasing backpressure). To ensure sufficient venting capacity, it is recommended to select a rupture disc with one size larger nominal bore when choosing this type.

YHV Type: This rupture disc features bidirectional bursting capability, providing dual protection:

·Under vacuum conditions, the disc reverses and bursts inward along the scored clamping edges, protecting the vessel from collapsing due to atmospheric pressure.
·Under positive pressure, at a predetermined pressure, the disc bursts outward as the pressure support fractures along the scored clamping edges, preventing overpressure explosion.
